Only in his mid twenties, Eugenio has held more than 30 exhibitions. He studied at the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes de Tacna where he graduated with the highest honours in painting. He recently finished his post-graduate studies in painting at the Escuela de Bellas Artes del Peru in Lima.
